HAVE QUESTIONS?

What is a virtual care visit?

Virtual care is the virtual healthcare visit you have with your clinician through your phone, tablet, or computer. Speak or interact face-to-face with your clinician in real time via a secure video connection from the comfort of your home. During the visit, your clinician will answer your questions and provide a diagnosis and treatment plan.

How long does a virtual visit take?

The initial intake questions for a virtual care visit take approximately 5 minutes. Diagnosis and treatment plan is typically within an hour.

A clinician will connect with you via a secure video call to discuss diagnosis and treatment.

All listed times are approximate and may vary based on each patient’s individual needs. On-screen time estimates are provided to help you during your visit.

Which insurance providers are accepted?
Insurance is not required. However, we accept many plans. All patients must have an account, click here to register and select your plan or pay by debit or credit card

We are continuing to add new insurance plans.

Who makes the diagnosis?

Once you've answered all the interview questions, an emergency medicine experienced clinician (physician (MD/DO), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA)) will review your symptoms, make a diagnosis, and develop your treatment plan.

Can I get a prescription?

Our clinicians are licensed and able to prescribe certain medications as part of your care plan, if clinically appropriate. We do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics.

Do I have access to records of my virtual care visit?

Yes, you can access your records. If you would like to receive your records, email Virtualcare_Records@svcvirtualurgentcare.com to access your records and have them sent over to your Primary Care Provider.

I need help with my virtual care visit. Can anyone help?

Yes. Our Client Success Specialists are available 24/7 to help with non-clinical questions or requests. Speak to a live person at 1-855-606-0777 … no automated prompts.
